Third Party Costs

From time to time when we create a trust for you and transfer certain assets to that trust we will incur third party costs. These costs will be passed onto you at the time that we complete your work as part of our final bill.

Some common third party costs are:

    1. Property valuations;
    2. Search registration and other fees relating to Land Information New Zealand;
    3. Bank documentation charges, and
    4. Office costs and postage.
